“Touch comes before sight, before speech.
It is the first language and the last, and it always tells the truth.”

Margaret Atwood

I’m a great believer in the concept of the right things falling into place, or finding us, at the right time in our life.

I’ve always been interested in exploring the power of physical touch, and last year I qualified as a Level 4 Holistic Massage Practitioner.

Holistic massage is about maintaining energy, presence and curiosity. Creating a safe space to connect and uncover what may be hidden beneath layers of tension, unease and discomfort, encouraging a deep sense of relaxation, connection and reassurance.

It’s based on the idea that our physical wellbeing is closely connected to our mental and emotional health.

During a treatment, I consider factors such as stress levels, lifestyle, posture, and overall wellbeing so that each massage is tailored to what your body needs on that day.

Each session is personalised to the individual, drawing on a range of massage techniques. I offer a range of styles such as Swedish massage, Deep Tissue massage, Lymphatic Drainage and Trigger Point release work.

This means sessions can help ease muscular tension, improve circulation, and support the body’s natural ability to relax and restore itself.

Many people also find that holistic massage helps reduce stress, improve sleep, and create a greater sense of overall wellbeing.

Before your session we’ll have a short consultation to talk about how you’re feeling, any areas of discomfort, and what you’d like to get out of the massage.

Whether you’re dealing with everyday stress, tight muscles from work or exercise, or simply want some time to unwind, the treatment is adapted to suit you.

My aim is for you to leave your session feeling calmer, lighter, and more connected to your body.
