You’re warmly invited to step into a space where nothing is rushed or demanded. My classes are an invitation to slow down, find peace amongst the chaos and gently come home to yourself.
Rooted in presence, together we explore movement with honesty and curiosity, gently calming the nervous system and rediscovering the body's natural intelligence, meeting the body exactly as it is each day.
Here, we move differently. We listen. We soften. We create space.
Held in a beautiful, tranquil studio in Bath, each class offers a chance to pause, to breathe, and to simply be.
