Hi, I’m Alice

I grew up in the wild, untamed beauty of the northeastern countryside, where muddy boots, open skies, and long days spent roaming fields and woods shaped my love for nature.

That early sense of freedom and exploration stayed with me through my twenties working as an actress and dancer in London.

Those years were full of creativity, curiosity, and storytelling, an exciting chapter that taught me a great deal about expression, presence, and the many ways we inhabit our bodies and voices.

Life eventually led me away from the city and I now live in Somerset with my two beautiful children, surrounded by rolling hills, changing seasons, and the grounding rhythm of the natural world.

It’s here that my yoga practice deepened and evolved into teaching.

With roots in classical ballet, my love of movement began early and has been a guiding thread throughout my life.

After more than 20 years of personal practice and over six years of teaching, movement continues to be my way of listening — to the body, the breath, and the quieter rhythms within.

Through my teaching, I guide people back into the wisdom of the body and the quiet intelligence of the natural world.

Outside of my work, I find breathing space in nature. I love being by the ocean and enjoy surfing, wild swimming and stargazing with my two children.

A woman sitting outdoors on a wooden deck, looking away from the camera, with her hair in a bun, wearing a strappy top, with trees and a fence in the background, under cloudy sky.

“She loved the sea.

She liked the sharp, salty smell of the air and the vastness of the horizons bounded only by a vault of azure sky above.

It made her feel small,

But free as well.”
